Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspGround black pepper
  • 1heaped tsp mince garlic
  • 1heaped tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsppiri-piri/chilli flakes (use more or less depending on preference)
  • 450-500 gchicken livers

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together well, excluding the livers.

  2. 2

    Add the livers and coat well in the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours or preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Heat the barbacue grill. Skewer the livers and cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked through. Turning the skewers around a couple of times to cook evenly.
