Put the milk in a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Stir until there are no lumps of butter left.

Once the milk and butter are combined, add the flavoring (optional). Dissolve well and add the flour.

Remove from heat and beat well until the dough starts to come away from the pan.

When the dough is slightly warm, add the two eggs, beat well, and add a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 320°F (160°C). Drop a small ball of the mixture to check if it's at the right temperature.

Fill your piping bag with the mixture and start frying your churros. Cut the churros with scissors as you fry them.

Finally, roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve with chocolate or coffee.
