Boil the potatoes, let them cool, cut them in half, and arrange them in a buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Fry the remaining ingredients (except the cheese), add the sour cream at the end, and let it cook to season. Fill the potatoes with this mixture and a little cheese.

Top with the remaining cheese, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy.
