Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 10medium potatoes
  2. 7 ozbacon (200 grams)
  3. 7 ozMonterey Jack cheese (200 grams)
  4. 1/2onion, finely chopped
  5. Chopped parsley (as needed)
  6. Oil (as needed)
  7. 7 ozsour cream (200 grams)
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes, let them cool, cut them in half, and arrange them in a buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Fry the remaining ingredients (except the cheese), add the sour cream at the end, and let it cook to season. Fill the potatoes with this mixture and a little cheese.

    Top with the remaining cheese, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy.
