My son loves okonomiyaki sauce. I wondered if he’d eat fried tofu topped with it, takoyaki-style. He finished it right away!

Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces. Toast or pan-fry until crispy.

Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, then top with bonito flakes and chopped green onions.
