Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a frying pan, sauté minced garlic, olive oil, and sliced bacon over medium-high heat.
- 2
When the bacon releases its oil and becomes crispy, add the wine, then the whole chili pepper, and crush the whole tomatoes into the pan.
- 3
Depending on the saltiness of the bacon, add 1/3 teaspoon salt and a little pepper.
The saltiness should be quite mild at this point. - 4
Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then reduce to low heat and cook the pasta. Let the sauce thicken while the pasta cooks until it reaches the desired consistency.
- 5
When cooking the pasta, add this much salt. We cook pasta meant for 9 minutes for only 7 minutes, leaving it slightly firm.
- 6
Drain the cooked pasta well and add it to the frying pan.
Toss it with the sauce and serve. - 7
In many reviews, adding eggplant is popular. Add it between steps 1 and 2. Remove it once cooked (or leave it in if you prefer).
- 8
From everyone's feedback ☆
You can substitute sake for the wine. Adjust the spiciness by changing when you add the chili pepper.♪^^ - 9
We add the chili pepper whole. If you like it spicy, feel free to chop it.

Chicken Tomato Cream Pasta Chicken Tomato Cream Pasta
I really liked the taste of Chicken Tomato Cream in, so I decided to make a pasta version, adding bacon and soy sauce.Stir-frying the garlic until fragrant, and fry the chicken and bacon until well browned for optimal flavor. It's rather rich, so you can lighten the sauce by diluting the cream with milk (4:1, for example).White wine is good, but if you don't have any, use sake. Savory Sausage Tomato Pasta Recipe Savory Sausage Tomato Pasta Recipe
A comforting dish that combines the rich, natural flavors of savory Italian sausage and velvety tomato paste. The sausage is cooked to perfection, its fat rendered to create a luscious roux that forms the base of a smooth, full-bodied sauce. Delicately balanced with a hint of aromatics, including garlic zested into a silky paste for an even, subtle flavor, the sauce coats every strand of seasoned al dente angel hair pasta. This dish offers a harmonious blend of rich sausage undertones, subtle tomato sweetness, and a velvety finish that spreads effortlessly across every bite. Stephen Tippie -
Creamy Tomato Pasta Creamy Tomato Pasta
In my house, everyone is obsessed with this dish. I make it regularly now. I was inspired by my favoritel italian restaurant who serves the best pastas (I'm biased). This sauce is pretty close to their ravioli sauce that I LOVE. I typically make herb chicken or shrimp to go with this. But the pasta alone is wonderful! Ashlee Polhamus -

Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta
This way of preparing the tomatoes is one of many things I learned at a cooking class from an Italian chef. I wanted to come up with a way to make my favorite kind of pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella without having to use expensive fruit tomatoes.By rubbing the tomatoes with the salt, the excess moisture is dried, thus bringing out the sweet umami flavor. This time, I used "Momotaro" tomatoes., but if you use fruit tomatoes, you won't have to go through the trouble of salting them first, since they'll be sweet enough.I used 1.4 mm thick spaghetti and boiled for 5 minutes. Foolproof! Easy Tomato Pasta With 3 Key Points Foolproof! Easy Tomato Pasta With 3 Key Points
I'm really into pasta..."The time it takes to boil pasta in hot water + the time it takes to continue cooking it in the frying pan in the sauce = standard cooking time". This is the formula for cooking pasta! And of course, the results are al dente! When cooking with heat, use "pure" (regular refined) olive oil, and extra virgin olive oil for the finishing touch to add fragrance. For 2 servings.
