Soak the raw peanuts for 4 hours and then add about enough water to cover them and cook in pressure cooker. If you forget to soak them, don't despair, just need to take more whistles.

Take three whistles and wait for the cooker to cool down

Drain the peanuts and take them ina mixing bowl.

Add all the other ingredients and give it a nice mix.

Make sure you taste once you mix it. It should tingle your taste buds should be tangy hot due to the chillies and refreshing due to the mint and the lemon.
