Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4 piecespork cutlet
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1/3 cupnoodle sauce (3x concentrated)
  4. 1 1/4 cupswater
  5. 4 tablespoonssugar
  6. 4servings cooked rice
  7. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the onion. In a pot, combine noodle sauce, water, sugar, and onion, then simmer.

    Fry the pork cutlets in oil at 340-355°F for about 6 minutes until golden brown, then cut into pieces.

  3. 3

    Once the onion is tender, add the pork cutlets and bring to a boil. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until slightly set, then it's done!

    2015/04/22 Changed to a version with more sauce, from 50cc and 200cc to 75cc and 300cc.
