Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packudon noodles
  2. 5.3 ozcabbage
  3. 1.4 ozonion
  4. 0.7 ozcarrot
  5. 1.8 ozpork
  6. 3 1/3 tablespoonswater
  7. 1 teaspoonbonito flakes
  8. 1 tablespoonthick Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 tablespoonconcentrated noodle soup base (3x concentrated)
  10. 1 teaspoonbutter (or margarine)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the vegetables and pork into bite-sized pieces. Make a small cut in the udon noodle package and microwave for about 2 minutes.

    Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, then stir-fry the vegetables.

    When the vegetables become translucent, add the pork and stir-fry.

    Once the pork starts to change color, add the udon noodles.

    Add water and bonito flakes, and stir-fry while loosening the udon noodles.

    When the liquid is almost gone, add the thick Worcestershire sauce and noodle soup base, and stir-fry while mixing.

    Finish by adding butter (or margarine) and mix well until evenly coated, then turn off the heat.
