  • 1-2 sprigsmint leaves (stems included if desired)
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Steps

    Select the mint. Today, we're using spearmint.

    Wash well and cut into pieces about 4 inches long. Place about 2 sprigs in a heat-resistant container.

    Boil water.

    Pour the boiling water in.

    Steep to your liking. I steep for 3-5 minutes. Add honey if desired.
