Serves about 2 servings
  • 150 gcorned beef
  • 1 handfulonion (thinly sliced)
  • 1small clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 pinchvegetable oil

Steps

    In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the onion and garlic. When the onion starts to soften, add the corned beef.

    Break it up in the pan and continue to sauté over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

    After a few minutes, when the meat fibers start to get crispy, it's done. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and enjoy.

    If you can handle the heat, adding chili peppers is recommended.
