  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbspsofrito
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1 packagessazon
  • 1 cansweet corn

    Heat oil and stir in the sofrito.

    Add the corned beef and heat through

  3. 3

    Mix in the tomato sauce, sazon and corn and let it simmer. Enjoy!
