After mixing the ingredients well, let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Lightly oil a skillet with a paper towel, then heat it over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot skillet and swirl to spread it into a thin, even layer so it's easy to roll later.

Once you've finished making the pancakes and your filling is ready, lightly grease a baking dish so the pancakes don't stick.

On a flat surface, place a pancake and add the filling along one edge.

Fold the edge over the filling.

Fold in the sides to help with rolling and to keep the filling from spilling out.

Roll up the pancake and make sure it stays closed.

Place the seam side down in the baking dish to keep the filling inside.

After arranging all the pancakes, bake them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

You can add a red sauce on top if you like. I usually make a sauce, but this time I didn't. When I do, I'll post a picture with the sauce.
