Serves 4 servings

Yaki udon kit with sauce for 4 servings
1carrot
1onion
4eggs
3/4 bunchchrysanthemum greens (shungiku)

Steps

Following the instructions on the back of the yaki udon kit, stir-fry the carrot, onion, and eggs.

Add the udon noodles and a little water, then stir-fry.

Add the sauce, turn off the heat, add the chopped chrysanthemum greens, and mix well. It's ready to serve!
