  1. 4 pounds(about 2 kg) brisket
  2. BBQ seasoning
  3. 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  5. 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  6. 2 teaspoonspaprika
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1 teaspoononion powder
  9. 2 tablespoonsoil
  10. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  11. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  12. BBQ sauce
  13. 2 cupsstore-bought BBQ sauce
  14. 3 tablespoonsminced garlic
  15. 2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  16. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  17. 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
  18. 1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients

    Mix the seasoning ingredients

    Rub the seasoning on both sides of the brisket

    Place the brisket in the slow cooker and pour half of the BBQ sauce over it

    Cook in the slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours

    Remove from the slow cooker and transfer the meat to a tray. Pour 1 1/4 cups of the cooking liquid and the remaining BBQ sauce over it

    Bake in the oven at 400°F (220°C) for 10 minutes
