Hello! So this is my first recipe! Im sharing a really delicious and really nutritious broccoli still fry recipe for people who are dieting or just a side to a main dish.

Prepare and wash your veggies. Cut your broccoli florets into small pieces, cut carrots into rounds and bell pepper into cubes or however you prefer.

Preheat a pan on low. After thoroughly heated, drizzle a little bit of olive oil and let it get a little hot. Add ginger garlic paste and let it brown a bit. Add your washed bell pepper and carrots. Let it cook for about a minute or so. Then,add a little bit of your water and soy sauce and cover it. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then, add your broccoli and rest of the water and let it cook to about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, you will notice that the veggies have shrunk a little. Now, drain out excess water from the veggies if you want to or just leave it. Next,add salt as per taste and mix well.

Now, its done! Serve as is or as a side to a main dish with a sprinkling of black pepper. Enjoy!
