I created this summer-themed recipe to enter a contest using the 'FamilyMart Collection'.
Steps

Use FamilyMart Collection White Wine 'Cuvée de Marie Blanc'.

Make the mint syrup. Reserve some mint for garnish and pick the leaves from the rest.

In a pot, combine 1/2 cup water and granulated sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the mint leaves from step 2. Once it boils again, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture.

Add 1/4 cup water to the gelatin powder and let it soak until softened.

This is the strained mixture.
Mint syrup is ready☆ - 7
In a pot, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil, then turn off the heat and add the mixture from step 6 to dissolve. Add the mint syrup, white wine, and lemon juice from step 5.

Once the mixture from step 7 has cooled slightly, pour it into a container and chill in the refrigerator until set.

Garnish with mint leaves and it's ready to serve♪
