Cut the onion and sausages into bite-sized pieces.

Microwave the frozen udon noodles in the package for 3 minutes to thaw.

Add sesame oil to a skillet and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, then add the sausages.

Pour BBQ sauce over the mixture, stir to combine, then add the thawed udon noodles and mix well.

Season with black pepper to taste. You can use regular or black pepper—this time I used some special seasoning my mom gave me.

Once the sauce coats the udon, transfer to a plate and serve.
