A delicious way to get your baby to eat both vegetables and meat! The potatoes turn out fluffy, and the slight thickness of the sauce helps make the meat easier to eat.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Cook the ground meat in a pan with a little oil (olive oil works well) until the color changes. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.

When the vegetables start to soften, add 3/4 cup water (about 200ml), soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

When most of the liquid has evaporated, add the remaining 1/2 cup water (about 100ml) and simmer a little longer to thicken.

Reduce the heat to low. Dissolve the potato starch in a little water, pour it in, and quickly stir until the sauce thickens. Once it reaches the desired consistency, it's done!
