  1. 250 gmaize flour
  2. 5eggs
  3. 3 bunchesspinach
  4. Tomato
  5. 1onion
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 2 cups of water, add consistently the maize flour untill it's well knitted together and doesn't form a vety hard paste.

  2. 2

    Beat your eggs in a bowl and season them with a little salt.

  3. 3

    Fry your diced onions in a pan, add the diced tomato and let it cook. Add your beaten eggs, stir continuously untill ready.

  4. 4

    Place your cut spinach in a sufuria, add a little oil and a little amount of water and salt. Cover and let them steam under low heat.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
