Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.

Mix the room temperature butter with a hand mixer, add the sugar, and mix until it becomes pale.

Gradually add the room temperature beaten egg to the butter mixture, mixing well to prevent separation.

Add the sifted dry ingredients to the mixture, stir a few times with a spatula, then add the mashed banana and honey, mixing thoroughly until even.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 30 minutes. (Baking time and temperature may vary depending on your oven, so please keep an eye on it.)
