First boil the water, then put all the chopped vegetables, ginger and salt..cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.

Break the egg and put in pan and stire well.

Add all the noodles and cook for 10 minutes

Add cornflour mixed with half cup water in pan and stire well

Add chilli powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce, viniger and stire. Cook for 5 mints.

Serve in soup bowls with added butter
