Curry Ramen with Sari Noodles

Sari noodles hold up well when simmered. Using curry roux blocks, you can make delicious curry ramen. With pork belly and plenty of vegetables, this dish is also nutritious.

Cut the pork belly into pieces a few inches long. Slice the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot into thin strips.

Roughly chop the curry roux blocks.

In a heated pot, lightly sauté the pork belly (no oil needed).

When the pork belly starts to release fat, add the bell pepper and carrot and continue to sauté.

Add the cabbage and quickly stir-fry.

Pour in the hot water and add the Sari noodles.

Simmer for about 3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Add the chopped curry roux and noodle soup base, cover, and let sit for about 1 minute.

Turn the heat back on and simmer for another minute. Your curry ramen is ready to serve.
