Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and soften it with a spoon.

Place the milk and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave for 50 seconds, then mix well to dissolve the marshmallows.

Add the mixture from step 2 to the cream cheese and mix well. Once smooth, break the Oreos into pieces and fold them in gently.

Pour the mixture into a gratin dish or ramekins, and chill in the refrigerator for half a day. Since the mixture is soft, scoop individual servings.

Here's how it looks with Oreos. If you freeze it and eat it half-thawed, it turns into an ice cream cake, which is also delicious.
