Microwave Steamed Bread with Flour, Toddler-Friendly, Vegetables
Eggs provide nutrients like iron, protein, and calcium. Milk offers calcium, and vegetables are rich in vitamins. This recipe is designed to be well-balanced. The origin of this recipe: I didn't have pancake mix at home, so I wanted to make it without using any. I also wanted to include vegetables in one go. My 2-year-old daughter helped me with the mixing part.

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients except the vegetables.
- 2
Pour into a microwave-safe dish. I used about 1/6 cup (2 ladles). Add your favorite vegetables. Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W to pre-cook.
- 3
Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. In my case, since the spinach was stored in the freezer, I microwaved it for 1 and a half minutes.
- 4
Remove from the dish and it's ready to serve.
- 5
You can also add bananas, raisins, or cheese for extra flavor.
