First heat a pan add coconut powder and saute it till raw smell of coconut goes..

Now switch off the flame and let it cool

Now add condensed milk Rose essence cardamom powder dry nuts almonds and cashewnuts

When adding condensed milk make sure add little at the time.. because we don't want slurry mixture..

Now make dough out of it

Divide the dough in four equal parts and add food color in all dough..and mix well
