Steps

Mix bengal gram flour,red chilli powder,turmeric and salt in curd

Heat the pan add little ghee add the cumin seeds,meethi seeds and green chillies.

Once the green chillies are crackled add the batter prepared with curd and stir continuously. Add water and keep stirring for 10 minutes

Now add the spinach in the kadi and stir continuously.
- 5
The kadi is ready to be served with Rice
