This is a nutritious combo of green vegetables and paneer which will provide you calcium and protein in a single dish.
Steps

Combine all the ingredients and knead into a dough. Add water as per your requirement to make a soft dough.

Cover for 10 mins. and keep aside.

Pinch a med. size ball from the dough. Dust it with some dry flour & flatten it.

Make small roti spread some ghee and fold it into a square.
- 5
Dust some flour again and roll it into a square parantha.
- 6
Cook this parantha on the hot tawa till both the sides are lightly browned.

Serve hot paranthas with butter, pickle, curd or curry of your choice.
