Ingredients

2boneless skinless chicken breasts
2lengths of celery
3golden potatoes
5garlic cloves
1 packagefrozen green beans
1 packagefrozen corn
1 packagefrozen mixed vegetables
2 (4 cup)boxes chicken broth
3 tablespoonspepper
3 tablespoonsonion powder
1 teaspooncumin
4bay leaves

Steps

1

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot
2

Peel and mince garlic
3

Add all other ingredients to crockpot
4

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is done
5

Shred chicken and stir to distribute through soup.
6

Enjoy.. Can add hot sauce.. Crackers or noodles.
