  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1little cooking oil

    Wash well the fish,scale and remove inwards.

  2. 2

    Pat it dry with kitchen towel.Then rub it with salt.

  3. 3

    Heat pan and pour oil.Pan fry the fish until cooked.
