1medium Maris piper potato 🥔
TSPmargarine or butter. I used olive oil spread
Splashmilk semi skimmed uht
20 gcheddar cheese 🧀
Salt and pepper
Spray oil

Slice the potato down the centre just a bit.
Sit it in a pan in air-fryer and spray with oil the more oil you use the crispier.
Sprinkle 🧂 on them.
Cook on airfyer setting for 16 mins. Then do a bake for 1 HR until crisp.

When done be careful very hot you can cook for 10 minutes.
Scoop the inside potato out on to a dish and mash soft adding butter,milk grated cheese and salt and pepper.

When nice and soft put in potato shell and put back in airfyer to bake a further 10 minutes.

I love cheese but these days when dieting I limit it.
But I'm sure when you add even more it will be more delicious 😋😋
