Ingredients

2 people

500 mlwater
A: 4 tsp tea leaves (Wagh Bakri Masala Chai) #
A: 1 tsp Fennel powder
A: 1 tsp Ginger powder (Optional)
A: Sugar - as you like it
B: In a separate cup mix 150ml Evaporated milk with 1/2 tablespoon Instant Milk powder. Add more Evaporated milk if you like it more milky
If you don't have powdered milk, Evaporated milk alone is also fine

Steps

Put ingredients 'A' in a pot with water and bring to a boil on medium heat.

Simmer for 5-10 mins.

Pour in the milk mixture (B). Bring to a boil again and reduce flame. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Done.
