Mix all ingredients except stuffing mix and glaze. Recommend mixing with hands in big tub

Preheat convection oven at 350 deg F. Prep large sheet pans with grease and perhaps with aluminum foil. The sheet pans will sit on the oven rails, so don't extend foil past the pan edge.

After it is all mixed, add stufging mix or bread crumbs and completely mix

Divide into 8 each 6 lb loafs. Work the loaves with enough force to smoosh together cracks. As you form the loaves you can roll them 90 degrees and keep working them.

Lay loaves onto two large, well greased pans sheet pans

Paint on glaze mixture with basting brush.

Place pans in oven. One pan on bottom rack and one pan carefully on upper oven rails. If You can get the upper rack to work, use that. Cook for 70 minutes, occasionally swapping pans.

Slice to serve. Each loaf should produce 12 to 15 slices
