First take 2 cup crush barnyard powder1/2 cup sago powder add boiled potato.Add 1tbsp Ginger Chilli paste 1tsp black pepper powder 2 chopped green chilli 1tsp rock salt add 1 tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp sugar powder mix them well.

Add 2 tbsp oil and water as required and knead soft dough. Make medium size dough ball and make tikki. Heat oil for frying tikki. Tikki fry till it brown.

Then transferred to a serving plate serve and arrange all tikki in a plate decorate with green chilli and serve with raw mango green chutney. Now our healthy tasty millet barnyard tikki is ready.Enjoy!!!
