Soak rice for few hours.

Slice the onions and lemon.

Chop the tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in half of whole mix garam masala and let it sizzle for few seconds.

Add in onions and fry till light golden.

Add in ginger,garlic,turmeric and cumin seeds and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add in tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are tender and mashed.

Add in chicken,coriander,mint,chillies and all the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add in yoghurt and lemon and cook covered on low flame for 12-15 minutes.

Boil rice with remaining whole mix garam masala.

Put rice over the chicken mixture.

Mix together colour,kewra and milk.

Drizzle colour mix.

Cook covered on dum for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot.
