Lay tuna slices on plate and refrigerate

Chop onion, parsley, tomatoes set aside

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper

Pour olive mixture over tuna reserving 1 Tbl

Spread tomatoes, capers, onion, parsley, drizzle remaining olive oil.

Serve with white rice.
