Easy Katsudon with Noodle Sauce (Serves 4)

Bring 2/3 cup water (150ml) and 3 tablespoons noodle sauce (45ml) to a boil in a frying pan, then add the sliced onions.

Once the onions start to color, add 4 frozen pork cutlets.

Reduce to low heat and pour in the beaten eggs (5 eggs) evenly. It's recommended to leave some egg whites slightly unmixed.

Cook for about 2 minutes until the eggs are soft-set, then it's ready!
