  • 10chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1/4onion
  • 5Shiso leaves
  • Lemon or lime
  • starch powder
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle starch powder on chicken.

    These are Shiso leaves and finger lime from my garden. Chop or slice onion, garlic, Shiso leaves and lime.

    Mix them with soy sauce and sugar.

    Fry chicken in vegetable oil then put chicken in soy sauce mixture. Marinate them for a few hours.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy😊
