Crêpe Batter
1egg
5 tablespoonsoats (about 40 grams)
5 tablespoonswarm milk (about 75 ml)

Caramel toffee
Caramel sauce

Prepare the ingredients for the batter. Place the oats in a bowl and add the warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour the batter into a hot skillet and cook on both sides until golden.

Brush with caramel toffee and fold in half.

Brush again with caramel toffee and add the fruit.

Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with walnuts and almonds.
