  • Margarine - 4 tablespoons Eggs -3 Sugar - 7 to 9 tablespoons Self raising flour -3 cups Milk -1 cup Cinnamon-1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence - 2 tablespoons Baking powder-1 teaspoon

    1.Put the sugar in a bowl and add the Margarine then whisk until it's even.
    2. In a tin beat the eggs then add the same to the bowl with the sugar and Margarine.
    3. Sieve the flour in the mixture and fold inwardly or rather whisk till even.
    4. Add the cinnamon and vanilla essence then whisk together with the mixture of flour and eggs.
    5. Add the milk subsequently as you whisk little by little.
    6. Whisk the mixture till even.
    7. The mixture should turn out to be like the one that makes pancake

    Preparation:

    1. Grease the Margarine on the baking tin. That is the whole of the tin where you're baking with.
    2. Oven setup 180°c and the heating should be preset for both top and bottom (indicated on the oven with a sign similar to =)
    3. Pre-heat your oven for 10 minutes.
    4. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and put in the oven.
    5. After half an hour check if the cake is ready by piercing the cake with a knife in the middle after you smell the sweet scent of the cake.

    6. If the cake is ready the knife comes out clean but if not ready, it normally greasy with the mixture.
    7. When the cake is ready the knife should be as clean as before you pierced the cake.
    8. Now the cake is ready.
    9. Serve when cold......Yummy😋
