Makai Methi Vada (Maize Flour, Fresh Fenugreek Vada)

Here we have combined maize flour and is enhanced with fresh methi and warm Indian spices.
Jaggery and garlic are the not so secret ingredient that gives these vada the unique Gujarati influence and takes the flavour to the stratosphere!

Steps

Sieve both the flour,
Add all the indicated masala together with chopped methi.
Mix and Crumble the flour.
Cover and Give rest for 6-7 hours or overnight. - 2
After the resting knead the soft dough with the required water and give rest for at least 10 minutes.
After that make Equal size of balls.
Now take damp cotton on the board and press the dough with the fingers to flatten it.
Stick sesame seeds on it with little water. - 3
Heat the oil on medium flame.
Add vada in the oil and fry on medium flame.let them puff then turn the other side till brown in colour. - 4
Remove in the bowl.
Make all with the same procedure.
Yummy vada is ready.
Serve in the dish with masala Tea and enjoy..
