Steps

Finely chop the onions and green chillies and set aside.

Mix together all other remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl except oil.

Add chopped onions and chillies to the mixture and make a spongy dough

Now heat the oil in a deep based frying pan. Take a small portion of the dough and gently put it in the oil.Repeat this with the remaining dough. Deep fry the pakoras till golden brown

Place the pakoras on a tissue paper to squeeze out the excess oil. Thereafter scew them in the wooden stick s.Serve with your favourite sauce.
