Cut and blanch broccoli

Mix together maida, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Add enough water to make a thick batter.

In a karahi, heat oil. Dip the broccoli pieces, one at a time, and fry until crisp and golden brown.

Served hot with sweet chili sauce.
