Ingredients

  1. 330 gflour
  2. 180 gsugar
  3. 3eggs
  4. Salt
  5. 200 gnuts
  6. Baking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix eggs with sugar

  2. 2

    Add flour, baking powder and zest, gently mix with eggs

  3. 3

    Bake once at 180'C as three batons for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Cut the long buns into pieces and bake again for 8 minutes on each side
