For potato chips 🥔🍟, wash potatoes and pat dry them with kitchen towel, peel and cut into chips, heat oil and shallow frying them till golden and crisp, remove the potato chips on kitchen napkin, keep aside.

In the time of serving potato chips 🥔🍟, sprinkle with salt 🧂 and kashmiri chilli powder 🌶️/ paprika powder 🌶️

For fried fish: in a bowl 🥣 add garlic paste 🧄, green chillies paste, remove juice 🍋, fried fish seasoning mix, oil, salt 🧂 and coriander cumin powder mix together, apply on the fish piece, marinate for 35 mins or longer depending on time.

Heat oil, shallow fry the fish piece 🐟, till golden, remove on kitchen napkin. Serve with fried chips🍟, bok choy sabzi,ringed onions 🧅, lemon slice 🍋 & sprinkle Chaat masala on the fried fish🐠
