Ingredients

20 minutes
2 serves
  • 150 GramsGrated Raw Papaya
  • 1Onion
  • 1/2 cupBesan
  • 3 tbspRice Flour
  • 2 tbspfreshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspCarom Seeds
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspfruit salt
  • Oil for frying
  • as neededGreen chutney

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash,peel and grate the Papaya.
    Julienne cut onion.
    Keep ready other masala.
    Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Give rest for 5-7 minutes.

    Heat the oil on medium to high flame.
    After resting mix the better again, now add fruit salt and hot oil.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Now take a small portion from the Better and put them in the hot oil.
    Fry till light brown in colour.
    Remove from the oil and transfer into kitchen paper to absorb extra oil.

    Now serving Time..
    Take the fritters in a dish and serve with green chutney..
    Enjoy Yummy fritters..
