Slice chicken into small pieces. Add salt, turmeric, chill powder, pepper powder, maida, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, egg. Mix it well. Marinate for 1 hour

After marination deep fry in oil until it becomes golden brown in medium flame. Adjust the flame accordingly.

After deep fry. Take a pan, pour oil, once the oil heats, add sliced chilli, garlic into it. Keep the flame in low. Add fried chicken pieces into it. Add fried curry leaves on top of it.

Enjoy the yummy dish.
