Dry roast badam for three to five minutes in low flame

Dry roast the cashew into golden brown colour

Dry roast the Pistas in low flame for five minutes

Dry roast the pesnuts and pumpkin seeds. After it cool down transfer the peanuts into a kitchen towel and remove the skin

Transfer all the roasted ingredients into a plate. Let them cool

Grind all together in a grinding mill or in a mixer grinder into fine powder. Mix the powder and little sugar to boil milk and mix and drink it hot or chill
