Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl

Add the rice flour, all purpose flour, salt and baking soda

Heat the cooking oil in a pot/non stick pan.

Add the sugar into the banana mixture and mix them well

Scoop one spoon of banana mixture into the hot oil. Deep fry it until brown/golden brown.

Transfer it out on the plate with napkin to absorb excess oil.

Enjoy your afternoon snack. Serve it with tea.
