Veg fried rice is a popular Asian recipe made with cooked rice stir-fried with various vegetables and seasoned with soy sauce, aromatics, and spices. Wash and sock the rice for 10 minutes,boil the water,add salt and oil,then add rice and cook.
Transfer in the strainer to release extra water and spread it to cool down quickly.
Chop all the veggies and keep everything ready. - 2
Take oil in a nonstick pan and add Chilli,garlic and ginger.
Saute it, then add carrot,french beans and onion,saute for 2 minutes then add cabbage, Capsicum and salt
Cook everything on high flame. - 3
Now add green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
Lastly add a bowl full of cooked rice and Fresh coriander, mix properly.
Cook for a minute then switch off the gas. - 4
Our Yummy and tempting Indian Chinese Fried Rice is ready.
Transfer into a serving dish.
Sprinkle more Fresh coriander and serve.
