Ingredients

25 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 8 sheetsphyllo dough
  2. 2 cupscherry tomatoes (about 300 grams)
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. 1shallot
  5. 1small wheel soft-ripened cheese (such as brie or camembert, about 5 ounces/140 grams)
  6. 3 1/2 tablespoonssalted butter (about 50 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter and brush it over the phyllo sheets. Layer the phyllo sheets in a tart pan, overlapping them.

  2. 2

    Peel and thinly slice the shallot, then spread it over the phyllo.

  3. 3

    Dice the yellow bell pepper and add it on top of the phyllo. Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes, then add them with the bell pepper.

  4. 4

    Slice the cheese and arrange the slices over the tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.
